Grad Portrait - Canvas

Looks like I may end up with a wall of Graduation Canvases (sp?) There always seems to be one picture that stand out for me...so I have decided to make them into Canvases and put them up in my place.

Sisters Friends

I think out of all of the Grad pictures this year, the girls all like this one the most. It is three sisters that love and care about each other and two that are so happy and proud of the third one. I do have absolutely beautiful daughters don't I?

Friends & Royisms

Roy can take the best pictures of us. I guess it's his long arms...and he has talent...I think he's done it before. This picture was taken at Jade's Graduation Ceremony. I seem to have a lot that look the same...just taken at a different time. I thought it would be fun to just make a page of the things that make Roy and I bestest friends.

The next page is my tribute to Roy and his English Royisms that confuse me on a daily basis. Every once in awhile he will say something that totally confuses me. These are usually terms from the U.K. that he hasn't Canadianized to yet. My favorite is when he says "Wha?" instead of "What?". I have incorporated that into my vocabulary now. And I got to use the new Basic Grey line on it.

Henna

While all of my daughters are getting pierced and tattooed, I went out on a limb and got a henna tattoo while I was in Regina. While it only lasted a week or so...I know that is about as long as I want anything to stay for right now. I may change my mind in the future...but for now this was enough for me.

Jade's Graduation Album

I made a graduation album for Jade very similar to Faith's. I stamped and color blended all of the 30 pages to make my own patterned paper. I embellished and placed the album on a stand so she can look at whichever pictures she wants to whenever.

Family Ties

Lucas got this tie for Gido's Funeral and Jade's Graduation. It only lasts so long though...so it ended up anywhere else after the ceremony. Lucas Rambo...and Faith just being Faith.

Life is Beautiful

This is Faith and Mike at Jade's Graduation Ceremony. Mike yelled Jader's name when she went to get her diploma. Quiet Mike...who would have thought?

Beautiful

Well, daughter number two has graduated from highschool...Jade was absolutely beautiful on her graduation day. You will be seeing many more pages of this day.

I Can't Hear You! I Have Water In My Ears.

This is pretty much Roy!! We have fun together. We love to goof around. This picture was taken on Canada Day in Regina by the lake. We walked around and enjoyed things for about 4 hours. Roy was pretending to pour water through his head into either bottle.

Star Wars in Concert

Roy and I went to Star Wars in Concert in Regina this past week...It was okay...not a Bon Jovi Concert...but interesting...It helped me make sense of the storyline. The narrator was C3PO. The music was amazing...but the rest of the time in Regina was much more fun...layouts to come.

Scruffy

This is Diane' cat Scruffy. While he is a nervous cat...he is absolutely beautiful. I love the color of his eyes and the way he sleeps....on his back, like an otter on the water.

Sexy Laundry

Roy and I went to this play in Regina...it was so funny. I finished work on Thursday at 3:30...drove to Regina...we had a drink....went to the play....had some coffee and drove back to Saskatoon for work the next day...I like the overlay on this page...sexy like the play title.

Drag Racing

Roy and I went to the Jet Cars at SIR. It was great except for the rain. That seems to be the way it is this summer...everything is wonderful; just a but too much rain. (And mosquitoes). I got some good pictures anyhow and we had fun.

Nickelback

My wonderful daughter Faith took me to Nickelback...We had awful seats but we were there...we walked around...got a bit closer and enjoyed the music immensely.

Leave This Town - Daughtry

Ralna and I went to Daughtry. We had a wonderful time...drank a bit too much...enjoyed the music and got some great photos....
